If you have a friend or loved one who has always been, or has recently become a vampire we at CRS would like to provide the following information in hopes that is helps you with your situation:
First off Corpse Recovery Service does not assist in the capture or destroying of Vampires. Vampires are not dead, and therefore not corpses.
Vampires are "undead" immortal beings*
The following FAQ is provided to assist you, CRS assumes no liability if you decide to use any of the information provided.
1. If I get bit by my Vampire while trying to capture it will I really become a Vampire myself?
A. Probably not, most Vampires are angry lonely creatures and would much rather drink all of your blood rather than "turn" you as they say.
2. If I am able to stake my Vampire or decapitate it will CRS then come pick up the corpse?
A. At this time CRS does not have the equipment or resources to transport Vampires due to the great risk that the stake might come out and they could come back to life... or unlife... or whatever.
*- Although Vampires are "immortal" they can be killed by decapitation, so long as the head is kept separately and at least 15' away from the body. Vampires can also be "suspended" by being staked through the heart with a wooden stake, but if the stake is removed or rots away the Vampire will come back to its living state, and be pretty pissed off too.
